Yes. We can take a job from the first day of excavation through the last piece of trim, running the phases in order and bringing in the trades that particular job needs. You get one point of contact and one schedule to keep track of instead of juggling subs yourself. If you already have a framer or an electrician you like, we're just as happy to come in for a single phase.

Someone comes out to the property, walks the job with you, measures, and talks through what you want to end up with. We then send a written quote with the scope spelled out, so you can see what's included and what isn't. There's no charge for the visit and no obligation to hire us.

Photos and a description are enough for a ballpark read, and we're glad to give you one. A real written number needs eyes on the site, because access, soil conditions, and what's going on behind the walls are the things that move the price. For anything serious we'll come out and look at it for free.

Yes, we're licensed and insured. We'll provide a certificate of insurance and our license details before any work starts, and you can ask for them along with the quote. If your lender or municipality needs the paperwork a certain way, tell us and we'll send it that way.

Yes, for any work that requires them. Permits and the inspections that come with them are part of the scope of the job, not something you're left to chase down. We'll tell you upfront what your municipality requires, because Pittsburgh and each surrounding borough runs its own process and the timelines aren't the same.
